POCSA is a community based organization committed to a policy where everybody is somebody providing services to our community.

The mission of  POCSA is to bring about togetherness and friendship among Liberians and other nationals through sports. We aim to create sound mind, body and spirit through exercises. We encourage, care and show concerns among members and undertake creative endeavors for the purpose of greater opportunities for our members.
