PREAMBLE
We, the people of the Liberian Community residing in the State of Pennsylvania, recognizing that sports is a unifying force, have come together in an orderly manner for the promotion of sports, social activities, friendship, respect for one another, and a national sense of oneness, do establish this constitution for the good governance of the below named organization. All power in addition to this constitution is vested in the members of the General Body who are in good standing as shall be prescribed here in this constitution.
ARTICLE I
NAME AND HEADQUARTER
SECTION 1.1
The name of the organization shall be called the Pennsylvania Old Timers Community Sports Association , and hereafter referred to as (POCSA).
SECTION 1.2
The headquarters of the organization shall be situated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
ARTICLE II
Aims and Objectives
SECTION 2.0
The objective of the organization shall be:
2.1 To bring about togetherness and friendship among Liberians and other nationals through sports;
2.2 To create a sound mind body and spirit through sports and other form of exercies;
2.3 To encourage, care and show concerns among members
2.4 To undertake creative endeavors for the purpose of securing greater opportunities for its members.
